As an established yoga teacher in Shropshire leading in-person classes and wellness retreats across England and Wales, I am thrilled to now offer tailored corporate well-being events. Coming from a fast-paced background in dentistry, I understand the pressures that corporate teams face. My goal is to provide a refreshing escape that fosters relaxation, mindfulness, and team cohesion.

Our Corporate Event Offerings

Option 1:

The Perfect End

– Duration: 90 minutes 

– Participants: Up to 30 

– Format:

  – 60 minutes of gentle yoga suitable for all levels

  – 30 minutes of extended guided Savasana (a restorative practice) 

– Cost: £250 

Option 2:

Rest & Reset

– Duration: 3 hours 

– Participants: Up to 50 

– Format:

  – 30 minutes introduction to slowing down with herbal teas

  – 60 minutes of gentle yoga

  – Mindfulness through Craft:

Participate in origami as a creative form of mindfulness

  – Extended Savasana: Guided breathwork and meditation 

– Cost: £550 (inclusive of props, herbal teas, and all necessary materials)

Additional Information

– Travel: While my services are primarily based in Shropshire, I am happy to travel further afield. Please note that additional charges will apply at a rate of £0.45 per mile.

– Inclusivity: My sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible for all team members, creating a safe space for everyone to participate without pressure or expectation.
